Return policy text:
CAN I RETURN THE ARTWORK I PURCHASED?
We want you to be delighted with your artwork and ensure that it brings you joy for years to come!
All original purchases are final; as they come with a special gift just for you and JD personally pays a generous amount to ship them via courier.
Prints are very delicate (one could say extremely) and most cannot be re-sold upon return. Our business is small and we do not offer print returns at this point so please be mindful of this when choosing the perfect artwork for your home!
If there is an issue with your order, please visit out contact page here and we can find a solution together.
THE POST OFFICE IS TAKING A LONG TIME TO DELIVER MY ORDER, CAN YOU HELP ME?
The world continues to be impacted by COVID-19 and subsequent shipping delays are occurring. We have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. All we can do for you is to restate the information provided by the U.S Post’s tracking page. You are provided with this tracking information when your order is fulfilled.
MY ARTWORK ARRIVED DAMAGED/WAS STOLEN…
We work hard to package each order with great care in heavy duty postal tubes so that it arrives undamaged. When you receive your package, there will be care instructions on the front. Make sure your hands are clean and completely dry before handling your print.
Damaged artwork: If your artwork has arrived damaged, we will issue a replacement for you at the next available print run. Please provide adequate details, images and documentation of the damage. Minor creasing and bends can be flattened.
Lost or stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” but is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you provided the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect.
If you believe the order to have been stolen, please provide evidence of the matter so we can arrange to have a replacement sent out to you.
Please be kind when reaching out and remember that we have no control over the treatment of your package during transit! We are a small business and it is just as upsetting for us to see damaged prints as it is for you to receive them.
